Top 10 Chocolate Treats

Okay. Well, not everyone can afford Godiva everyday right, even if they wish they could. My number 1 favorite chocolate treat would be Godiva truffles and the molten liqour centers, but today we're going to be listing my top 10 favorite chocolate treats which are well, AFFORDABLE and available at most supermarkets, unlike Patchi and Chocz and whatnot.

1. Cadbury's Cherry Ripe
Chocolate with a center of cherry pulp and dessicated coconut for that extra crunch in your munch, you can never get enough of cherry ripe. Even better, for dark chocolate lovers, there's the new double dipped cherry ripe chocolate bar. Avaible in sharepacks of 12 mini bars. Get your friends in Aussie to buy you some when they come back here. Update: Someone just told me they might be sold at the BV2 grocery store. Check it out!

2. Cadbury's Turkish Delight

Have you ever had those little pink rosewater flavoured jelly like cubes covered with confectioners sugar, sometimes with pistachios or almonds? A yummy variant of it is covered in chocolate and sold as little treat sized bars,
Also not available in M'sia. Suck. But very yummy. Best thing is most Cadbury chocolates are sold in sharepacks of 12 mini treat sized chocolates so you dont run out so fast, especially when you don't get them here in M'sia.

3. Cadbury's Flakes
Light and crumbly, Flakes makes a great treat for those who don't like their chocolate too rich or too sweet. Also available in sharepacks of 12 though not in Malaysia. Haven't seen them in Cold Storage either.

4. Cadbury's Crunchies!
Chocolate coated honeycomb. Yummy. Though not recommeded for those who dont like their chocolate too sweet. Can be found everywhere.

5. Nestle's After Eight Chocolate Mints

Thin slices of chocolate with a thin mint center, After Eights are the perfect chocolate treat to cleanse the palate after dinner. Mildly sweet and rather refreshing, After Eights are the best for those who prefer teeny doses of chocolate every now and then. Absolutely decadent.

6. Chocolate with liqour filled centers
Chocolate with various liqour filled centers, from kahlua to grand marnier, these treats are absolutely yummy with a dash of flavour from your favorite alchohol. Can be found in mini chocolate bottles with various flavours or bars of individual flavours. Can be found in most supermarkets that have a range or imported foodstuff like Cold Storage.

7. Lindt Swiss Thins

Lindt Swiss Thins are plain, albeit rich tasting chocolates that melt in the mouth with a powerful flavour, overbearing for those who aren't fans of bittersweet or dark chocolate. Lindt has a range of bittersweet chocolate that is made to suit the preferences of most people, from 70% cocoa to 99% cocoa. Those who prefer a slight flavour also have orange intense and mint intense flavours to choose from. Available.. everywhere.

8. Chris Brown
Enough said. Haha moving on.

9. Kit Kat
Everybody knows Kitkat. And everybody loves it too.

10. Milo NuggetsMost of you has probably done this with your milo: Eat milo by itself without adding water or eating a paste of milo by adding a weee bit of water. Well, milo sure does taste great, with or without water and Milo nuggets sure does satisfy your need for nice chewy cocoa treat. Available every friggin where!
