Been tripping over every little thing lately, mood swings are getting out of hand, lifestyle getting unhealthy, emotions are always a mess...

Bad phase.

Too much sad soul and emo RnB.

AND... sugar levels not high enough ever since I stopped giving in to my sugar cravings and replaced fizzy cokes with tonic water and the occasional something else. I've just only accustomed myself to the bitter flavour of the quinine and its so yummmmmm. Who needs sugar.

Honestly, I'm still confused about the state we're in.
