Ahhh yess... it's the time of year when our parents bleed money while we collect angpaaaauuuuusss with smiles ranging from ear to ear. Lets not also forget mandarine oranges and good foooooood. And very satisfying rounds of blackjack where your friends try to bleed you dry of your money by betting big but you end up making them cry anyway. Hehe still decent for a few more rounds, guys? Poor boys, kesiaaaaan. =(
Before that, there was the jogathon, then there was Valentines day! Which I must say is one hell of an overrated day. Then again.. nvm, i'm keeping it to myself.
Then came Friday, when I skipped school to balik kampung. Kluang, Johor to be more precise. To the home of me papi and late gramps where there are 10 different fruit trees and a huge huge huge field and creaking zinc awnings that scared the hell out of me when the wind was strong at night. Spent most of my time there losing bling after rounds and rounds of mahjong. What to do. The rest of my time I spent eating and climbing up into my favorite tree to talk on the phone, because its fun and the privacy there beats any room.
Came back yesterday, got woken up early today, went to a friend's place to "bai nian" *cough* before proceeding to Bec's in the afternoon. The food was great and the money came without hesitation. I can't thank you guys more for the future purdy stuff I'm gonna get myself the next time I go shopping, with my winnings. Deepy and Koov kept wanting to up the ante, demanding a ceiling bet of 5. So ok la I let them bet 5 and now I think they're flippin pissed at me haha.
Schools tomorrow and I'm omg lazy lazy. Gotta gotta go, homework beckons and I don't wanna get into deep shit. Might go on a hiatus for 2 weeks or so, considering how near my exams are. Freaking bane of my life. Gaaaaaaah
