He's a Jolly Good Fellow
It was Mr Peter's (for those of you who don't know, he's the current principal of my school) farewell dinner yesterday. It was an event of both joy and sadness intertwined, most of us carrying a heavy heart throughout the night. Well... those who were close to him at least.
Asked my mum if I could borrow her Phillipe Charriol watch and surprisingly, she agreed! Went to dear dear Ain's at 5 to get our hair done and to dress each other up. Waited for caroline then we went to a nearby salon where I got my hair blown and curled for 18 bucks, which was very very much wasted as by the time I got to the dinner, my curls had gone away, thanks to the non stop pacing and hopping around to keep myself entertained while waiting for Ain's brother to pick us up. Late late late. Daddy was supposed to pick us (Caroline and I) up from Ain's at 7.30 and he didnt know that I went out to a salon instead of doing my hair IN her house instead so I knew that I would be mighty screwed if he had found out (HOW MUCH DID YOU SPEND AGAIN?!?!). So by the time we got back to the house my dad was already waiting outside. Yeap.
Got dressed in a hurry and went off to the Legend Hotel, where the dinner was held at. Caroline couldnt stop asking me if she looked ok ("I look so un-carolinish!") and I had to repeatedly reassure her that she looked wonderful. She got a blow straight and a very pretty dress! I'm getting very lazy already so I'll just let my pictures do the talking la ok.
