Pissed and Fucking Annoyed

When you take up a responsibility upon your shoulders, please don't expect other people to have sympathy and offer help when you don't ask. The world just doesnt work that way.

You seem to want to take up all the responsibilities available and then complain that you don't have the time or the energy to complete the task. Then when questioned on why you don't leave the work to the rest of the team, please dont say "You think they want to do ah?" as if we are simply unable to get our fucking asses to do simple things. You are implying that we lack the creativity or ability to do it. Like we're lazy slobs who do only what we are told to do. As if we are mentally and physically incapable of doing simple jobs. Please please. We are completely capable of doing tasks just like you, if not better. We only stand aside since you want to take charge. So we let you take charge. We don't mind if you divide out the tasks. But saying things like this is not only simply crossing the line, but also very very rude, especially when one or more of your team members are present. It is very tactless and senseless to say things like that when clearly I am sitting there trying to help but you ignore me like I'm a duck, then you insinuate that the people you work with tak boleh pakai, making yourself seem like the only one who boleh dipakai. And yes. I am sensitive.

You will not listen to me if I tell you through any other means of communication, you will simply refuse to reply or not answer your ringing phone or walk away. I know you well. And I know you read my blog. So there. Think about it. Enough said.
